Islamic State terrorist channels have begun to release statements, memes, and other propaganda following today’s terrorist attack in Nice, France at a Bastille Day celebration. The propaganda was released on ISIS’ Telegram “Gazwa” channel and tells its followers to flood Twitter hashtags about the Nice attack with pro-ISIS propaganda.
