为提前做好全局青工职业技能竞赛的准备工作，使青工能在全局职业技能大赛中取得好的成绩。7月13日，襄阳供电段团委积极组织各个车间青工开展了接触网理论考试、接触网腕臂组装、导线回头制作、接触网隔离开关检调等实作演练培训。各车间团支部积极督促青工加强业务知识、安全规章的学习，并定期对青工学习情况进行检验。由车间的技术骨干带队组织青工进行接触网理论考试，面对面分步骤向青工现场讲解实作流程，让青工理解和熟知装配步骤。接下来再由每个人单独的操作演练，车间技术骨干分别对他们的操作流程步骤和完成质量进行细致评价。此次接触网专业培训，既提升了青工的业务理论水平和实作动手能力，也提高了青工队伍的凝聚力和战斗力，为青工迅速成长成才奠定了良好基础。
