OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The IT Remote Specialist will provide first tier technical and customer service support to internal employees members across the globe.  The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Act as a single point of contact for all issues that come into the Service Desk queue via email and Self Service incidents
 1st line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as mobile devices,  Laptops, PCs and Printers and various client applications
 Handle Escalation issues and setting priorities
 Log all calls and issues in the Triage Outage Logging system
 Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
 To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
 Publishing support documentation to assist staff with requests for information & provide staff training if required

QUALIFICATIONS
 Accomplished a 4/5 year Computer Degree course
 Basic Active Directory, VMWare and SQL knowledge/experience
 With IT certification is a plus
 Help Desk with advance troubleshooting experience
 Analytical skills to identify trends
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and MS Outlook
 Excellent communication skills with customer service experience.
 Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
 Analytical and problem solving skills to identify trends
 Can work under pressure and flexible to work in 24*7 shifts including holidays

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.


• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Applicants must be willing to work in Clark,Pampanga.


• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
